PEEF Special Quota Scholarship Programe:
The Government of Punjab has announced scholarships for talented and deserving students through The Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF) for the academic year 2024-25. Since its inception, the fund has granted over 455,000 scholarships totaling Rs. 28 billion, aiming to provide equal educational opportunities to students.
Eligibility Conditions:
PEEF has also set aside 20% of its scholarships for meritorious students falling into one or more of the following categories:
i. Orphaned children
ii. Children of government servants in BPS 1-4
iii. Special needs children
iv. Children belonging to minority religions
v. Children of civilians killed in terrorist attacks
These scholarships are designed to support students who face various challenges in accessing quality education.
Orphaned Students:
Students who have lost their fathers and are facing financial difficulties are eligible to apply for scholarships.students belonging to this category are eligible. Additionally, students must have obtained at least 60% marks in the Matric/Intermediate Examination 2023 and be enrolled in a full-time registered educational institution in Intermediate or Graduation 2024.

Special Students:

Children of government servants in Grade 4-1 are eligible for scholarships, provided their total monthly income is Rs 60,000 or less. However, if the income is solely from salary, this requirement is waived. Students must meet the academic criteria and be enrolled in educational institutions within Punjab Province.

Children of Civilians Killed in Terrorist Attacks:
Children who have lost their parents in terrorist attacks are exempted from the condition of monthly income. They must meet the academic requirements and be enrolled in educational institutions within Punjab Province.
