Although there isn’t a specific website for registering for the Negahban Rashan Program 2024, families already part of the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) with a Poverty Means Test (PMT) score below 32 will automatically get the benefits.
For new registrations, an online portal for the Negahban Free Ita Scheme has been set up. Here’s how to register:
- Access the Official Website: Go to the official website for the Negahban Free Ita Scheme.
- Fill the Registration Form: Provide correct details like your name, phone number, national identity card number, and other necessary information.
- Verification and Eligibility Check: Your registration will be checked to see if you meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in the Caretaker Relief Package.
- Confirmation and Distribution: Once confirmed and found eligible, you’ll receive free Ehsaas Rashan Riayat and three bags of 10 kg flour from utility stores.

- Income less than 60 thousand rupees
- No history of international travel or passport issuance
