60,000 BNIP Internship Program 2024
Unemployment remains a significant challenge in Pakistan, affecting even highly experienced professionals. Starting a career is particularly tough for young graduates due to the lack of practical experience. Pakistani universities often do not provide useful skills, leaving graduates with only their degrees to present to potential employers.
Empowering Youth with BNIP
In response to these challenges, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Mr. Shehbaz Sharif, initiated the Ba-Ikhtiyar Naujawan Internship Program (BNIP) 2024. This program, launched by the Ministry of Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives, aims to empower young graduates by providing them with practical experience and skills needed in the job market. Additionally, selected candidates will receive a monthly PKR 25,000-30,000 stipend. The BNIP 2024 aims to offer 60,000 paid internships across Pakistan.
